General terms and conditions on your booking

Arrival: Your room is ready for check after 3pm. The reservation is guaranteed until 6pm. So if you plan to  arrive later, please inform us by telephone of your estimated time of arrival.

Departure: We kindly ask our guests to check out by 11am on the day of departure. Upon availability, we are glad to offer early check in or late check out for an extra fee.

Payment: We accept payment in cash in EUR, Debit Cards and Visa / Mastercard credit cards. We recommend to check your daily credit or debit card limit for payments abroad.

Extra beds: If sharing a room with two fully paying guest, we give a reduction of 20% from the rates mentioned on the extra bed.

Single occupancy: If the double room is only used by one person we charge an additional fee from € 30,00 per night. (not including our special packages)

Up to 2 weeks prior to your arrival date	Free cancellation

No shows	100% of total amount due

We recommend that you have a TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover any unforeseen events which may result in you having to cancel your holiday with us.

Our cancellation policy is valid for all bookings made via our website, via E-Mail or via telephone with us (Sporthotel Schönruh GmbH und CoKG). Group bookings have different conditions - we are happy to provide further Informations.

Supplement for short stays of 1-2 nights	+ 10 %
Overnight stay including breakfast Supplement for the daily half pension dinner	discount of € 10.00 per person/day € 25.00 per person
Garage	€ 10.00 per day
Charge for dogs without food:	as of € 20.00 per day according to the size of your best 4-legged friend

We kindly ask for your understanding that your four-legged friends are not allowed in the restaurant.
